◆ About the Outfits
Q1. Can I try on the outfits?
A1. Yes, you can try them on at our store(in Kyoto, Japan). The in-store fitting service is available for a fee (¥5,000).
Q2. What dress sizes are available?
A2. We offer a wide range of sizes from JP 5 to JP 17 (Bust: 68–106 cm, Waist: 54–86 cm). Plus sizes or special sizes are available upon request.
Q3. What tuxedo sizes are available?
A3. We offer sizes from M to 4XL (Height: 165–195 cm, Bust: 90–118 cm). Plus sizes or special sizes are available upon request.
Q4. Can accessories also be rented?
A4. Yes, accessories are available for rent (¥1,000 per item).
Women: veil, gloves, bouquet (artificial flowers), shoes
Men: shirt, socks, leather shoes, tie
◆ Rental Period & Delivery
Q5. How long is the rental period?
A5. The standard rental period is 3 nights and 4 days. Extensions are available as an optional service.
Q6. How will the items be delivered?
A6. You can choose delivery by mail or in-store pickup. Normally, the items arrive two days before the date of use.
Q7. How and when should I return the items?
A7. Please ship the items back or return them to the store by the final day of the rental period. Late returns may incur additional fees.
◆ Stains, Damage, or Loss
Q8. What if the outfit gets dirty?
A8. Minor stains are usually acceptable. However, stains that cannot be removed by cleaning or any damage may incur additional charges. If you are concerned, we recommend purchasing our Protection Package.
Q9. What if the item is lost?
A9. In case of theft or loss, compensation equal to the retail price of the item (three times the rental fee) will be charged.
◆ Cancellation & Changes
Q10. Can I cancel my reservation?
A10. Yes, cancellations are possible within the allowed period. However, cancellations within 7 days before the usage date or after shipment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Q11. Can I change the size or dress?
A11. Changes are usually possible before shipment (up to 4 days before the usage date). However, changes may not be possible depending on outfit availability. Please contact us as early as possible.
◆ Payment, Fees & Shipping
Q12. What payment methods are accepted?
A12. We accept bank transfer, PayPay, and credit card payments.
Q13. Is shipping included?
A13. Shipping is covered by our store.
Q14. Can I extend the rental period?
A14. Yes, extensions are possible for an additional fee. However, depending on reservation availability, extensions may not always be possible. Please contact us as early as possible.
◆ Others
Q15. Can the items be delivered to a wedding venue or hotel?
A15. In many cases, yes. However, please confirm with the venue or hotel in advance that they can receive the package.
Q16. If the item arrives but looks different from what I expected, can I return it?
A16. Returns or refunds due to personal preferences are not accepted.
